When you hire TRUE PROPERTY INSPECTIONS, you get a thorough home inspection that leaves you with not only critical information, but also feeling empowered knowing how to use it.

When it comes to home inspections or other inspection types – we have you covered. Our 20+ years of experience help us to be able to find issues, help you understand them, and help you know the severity of those issues.

We are proud of how thorough our home inspections are. Our full home inspections take about 2-4 hours, depending on the size of the home or property. In that time period, we examine hundreds of items throughout your home, including the roof, exteriors, lots and grounds, structure, electrical, plumbing, heating, doors, windows, and much more.

To us, it is much more than a home inspection, its your home – and we treat it as such.

A sewer scope is a video inspection of the lateral sewer line leading from the house at/near the foundation and connecting to the city or HOA tap or septic tank. A sewer line is often one the most costly things to repair in a home. Getting a sewer scope inspection can help you avoid investing in a home that has serious issues with the sewer/septic system.

Sewer-scoping the line can reveal blockages, damage to the pipe system, and other problems, which are vital for homeowners and home buyers to be aware of. For example, if there is a damp depression in the lawn above the sewer line, or if there is backflow into the home, a sewer scope inspection can be critical to identifying and confirming these problems, which must be addressed immediately.

At True Property Inspections, we offer sewer scope along with the standard home inspection so that our clients save money and time requesting it together. Stand alone service is also available.

The home inspection report is one of the most important things we provide as home inspectors, and is an important tool. Not only is it important for negotiations, but also for making repairs and maintaining your home for years to come.

After your home inspection is complete, we compile all of the information we gathered into a clear, detailed electronic inspection report. Our reports are not only detailed, but easy to read and understand. We provide this report within 12 hours of your inspection.

Since your home inspection is such an important time to learn about your home, you are encouraged to join the inspection and ask any questions you might have along the way. Being present at the inspection will also help you become familiar with the home.

Digital reports within 12 Hrs that are easy to navigate, pay online, and with a thorough checklist

The condition of every major component, from the roof to the basement

Major and minor deficiencies and any major expenditures necessary

What to watch out for and helpful home maintenance and preservation tips

Safety issues, hazards, and anything else found during the inspection that could harm you or your home

Most builders provide one year warranty on newly built homes. So its best practice to schedule your home inspection before the home builders warranty expires, usually a month before the end-date. That’s why it is sometimes also called “the 11th month” warranty inspection.

Our clients save a lot of money and future headaches by choosing to inspect their new home. A one-year builder warranty inspection will give you the knowledge you need to make sure your new home is of the quality you expect. It will help you engage your home builder to repair any defects the home-building company should be responsible for.

Before deciding to put your house on the market, it`s the best practice to have your own home inspection. It will make the whole selling process much easier. Find out about any hidden problems and get them corrected in advance, on your own terms.

One of the key benefits of having the home inspection before putting it up for sale is that if there are any problems discovered that need to be repaired, you can have the repairs done on your own terms, on your own schedule. Eliminate costly surprises down the road and have the sale run smoothly.
